Mr. Stunder will live his retirement years with his family and friends looking back on a great corporate life. We wish him all the best and a harmonious life after corporate. The company further is pleased to announce the appointment of Roy Bosa as President and CEO of U.S. Mine Makers Inc. Mr. Roy Bosa is one of the third generations of the famous Augusto Bosa, who founded Bosa Foods Inc in 1957. Mr. Bosa brings with him a vast experience of director and managerial practices of business wealth taught by his beloved uncle Augusto and implemented in the food industry for more than a decade. Mr. Bosa has appointed to V.P. Brian Jenkins who brings over a decade of public company administration management experience and is heading up project assessment.
