DORAL, FL--(Marketwire -02/09/12)- United Data Technologies announced today that its Chief Financial Officer, James Cline, has been named CFO of the Year for Turnaround Achievement by the South Florida Business Journal. The annual event honors top financial officers from public, private and not-for-profit organizations across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Cline is responsible for all aspects of UDT's finance functions including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury and financial reporting.

Cline has more than 20 years of senior financial management experience. His experience includes positions with Arthur Andersen, Hilton Hotels Corporation, and media companies. Cline earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Accounting and Management from University of Texas at El Paso. He serves on the Advisory Board of Keiser University, Board of Advisors of the CFO Alliance and on the Executive Leadership Team of the American Heart Association 2012 Broward Heart Walk. James currently resides with his wife and three children in Weston, Florida.
