The U.S. is the only major nation to approve of drone strikes, according to a recent survey by the Pew Global Attitudes Project.
62 percent of all U.S. citizens approve of the drone campaign targeting "extremist leaders and groups in nations such as Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia."
Approval is highest among Republicans (72 percent), but Independents and Democrats also have strong approval ratings of the forum.
