Valmie Resources (VMRI) Engages IP Counsel as V-1 Drone Development Indicates Patent-Worthy Technology

DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / April 6, 2015 / Valmie Resources (VMRI) announces it has retained A.F. Davis Law PLLC to handle copyright, trademark and patent law matters related to the development of Valmie's V-1 Drone and AIMD (Autonomous Intelligence for Mobile Devices) Platform. Valmie entered into the agreement with this recognized law firm as it plans to explore filing provisional patent applications for areas of its proprietary unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology - a direct result of recent successful testing of the platform.

"We are excited to have an attorney of the caliber of Al Davis on our team. The firm's wide range experience in all areas of intellectual property protection will be an asset as Valmie moves forward with the product development process," said Gerald B. Hammack, President and CEO of Valmie. "Continued testing of our platform could result in one or more breakthroughs - having a structure in place to protect these resources will expedite our entry into the consumer space."

Valmie is in the process of testing the V-1 Drone prototype, which will feature a higher level of agility than many other models. Valmie's UAV will be paired with its revolutionary Software as a Service (SaaS) AIMD Platform - also in development - a powerful and feature-rich modular program for enhancing the connection between drones and other smart systems. The AIMD Platform will not only enable collection and transmission of the most precise data and images, but also will provide improved analysis, reporting, and in some cases include the capability to deploy action in order to immediately address detected issues.

With offices in Beverly Hills, California and Richmond, Texas, A.F. Davis Law firm focuses almost exclusively on protecting clients' intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trade secrets and patents. The firm's clients span the gamut from individual entertainers, songwriters and inventors to large national corporations.
