Vanguard Cuts Fees on Three Bond ETFs
Vanguard on Monday said it has lowered the expense ratios for a trio of fixed-income ETFs.
“Costs always matter in investing, but are even more important for bond funds in a low-return environment,” Vanguard said.
The asset manager said Vanguard Intermediate-Term Bond ETF (BIV), Vanguard Long-Term Bond ETF (BLV) and Vanguard Short-Term Bond ETF (BSV) have cut their fees to 0.10% from 0.11%.
“Vanguard has benefited from strong financial markets and the continued commitment to our funds and ETFs by our loyal clients, which has allowed us to continue to lower expense ratios,” the company noted. “If the markets remain strong and clients continue to invest at Vanguard, our funds’ shareholders could continue to see reductions in expense ratios.”
