Western Digital Gobbles up Stec
Stec is poised for a big move today after accepting a $340 million buyout at the hands of Western Digital. The deal values the company at $6.85 a share. That will translate into a major pop for STEC, which closed at just $3.59 on Friday, but hasn't traded yet this morning.
