EVANSVILLE, IN--(Marketwire -05/16/12)- Vectren Corporation (VVC) will webcast its 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, beginning at 11:00 AM ET. Carl L. Chapman, Chairman, President and CEO will conduct the meeting and then provide a brief presentation.
