Veritex Holdings posts profit of $3.2 million in 4th quarter
DALLAS (AP) _ Veritex Holdings Inc. (VBTX) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $3.2 million.
The bank, based in Dallas, said it had earnings of 27 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $14.1 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $12.3 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $12.6 million, or $1.13 per share. Revenue was reported as $47.5 million.
Veritex Holdings shares have fallen almost 1 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 83 percent in the last 12 months.
