Marketwired

RENO, NV--(Marketwire - Nov 5, 2012) - Vision Plasma Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VLNX) today announced it had received a land donation of 15 hectares (approximately 37 acres), which was estimated to be worth about $5 Million USD, from the Institute for the Development of Londrina, Brazil to be used as a dedicated manufacturing plant for the company's Arc Master I System.

The donation of land is one of the many key business incentives outlined in a Memorandum of Understanding presented to the company by Londrina's Mayor, and is recognized as the first major milestone achieved by Vision Plasma Systems to effectively accelerate the manufacturing schedule planning for the Arc Master I series systems in Brazil. The land will be held by Vision Plasma Systems do Brasil and the manufacturing and assembly schedule is anticipated to achieve full rate production of 15 units per month by the first quarter of 2017.

Timothy P. Volk, CEO of Vision Plasma Systems, Inc., stated that "The donation of such a valuable piece of land, combined with the tax incentives from the city, state, and country, as well as the financing incentives already in place, speak volumes to how aggressively growth conscious the business climate in Brazil really is."

The Arc Master I mobile unit, the first of its kind, was designed to deploy a clean and green remediation solution to various worldwide corporations, military, government, and municipal customers. The unit is capable of converting up to 5 tons per day of hazardous wastes and other matter into syngas, net electricity, and recyclable metal ingot, without any air emissions or ash from the gasification process. Built inside two (2) ISO 40' metal containers, the Arc Master I can be easily transported by truck, rail, ship, or plane worldwide to provide a fast and mobile solution to the remediation of all forms of waste. The Arc Master I mobile unit is entirely self-powering, creating its own energy from the waste that it processes, and creating up to 240KW of usable electricity at the site.
