Vittorio Violo Joins ODESIA's Board of Directors

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire -01/27/12)- ODESIA Group Inc. ("ODESIA" or "the Company") (TSX-V: ODS.V - News), an international corporation specialized in delivering business-intelligence solutions ("BI"), decision-process management and business analytics, announces the nomination of Mr. Vittorio Violo as a Director of the Company. This nomination follows the death of Mr. Richard Batty on January 7, 2012.

Mr. Violo worked for eight years in Canadian capital markets as an investment advisor where he developed expertise in mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. During this period Mr. Violo successfully completed numerous management courses from the Canadian Securities Institute, including Investment Management Techniques and Partner, Directors and Senior Officer.
