Major retailer Wal-Mart (WMT) said it will launch a B2B e-commerce marketplace in 2 Indian cities this July that will be available to only its trader members. India currently doesn't allow int'l e-retailers to sell directly to consumers, though Reuters said the South Asian country may permit direct-to-consumer online retail in the near future. Wal-Mart has 20 wholesale outlets in India, and in April said it plans to open 50 more over the next 4-5 years. Shares fell 0.6% to 75.28.
