Walgreen could have difficult time wining back customers, says Citigroup

After speaking with consultants and clients, Citigroup continues to believe the agreement between Express Scripts (ESRXI) and Walgreens (WAG) has terms favorable to Express Scripts. Further, Citi thinks Walgreen could have a difficult time winning back lost customers. The firm reiterates a Sell rating on Walgreen, and keeps a Neutral rating on Express Scripts, despite being incrementally more positive on the name. Citi continues to prefer CVS Caremark (CVS) with a Buy rating.
