    I feel so sorry for Wisconsin for having this buffoon "in charge."

      You're right. He should've preserved Public Union Collective Bargaining and gone with the "mass layoff" plan. Either way, something had to give. People kept their jobs. When Public Unions scream for increasing benefits we the taxpayer suffer. It's hard to understand why anyone, except non-emergency Public Employees, would be against that.
