TWST: Can you please give an overview of your firm, how it's structured, and the funds you manage and subadvise.

Mr. LeVan: Munder Capital Management is an independent, privately owned asset management firm serving both institutional and retail investors. Our company and its affiliate, Integrity Asset Management, actively manage over $17 billion of assets. The company is comprised of a collection of boutique investment teams, which are supported by a robust infrastructure. This allows investment teams like mine to solely focus on delivering investment excellence for their clients. We have offices in Birmingham, Michigan; Boston, Massachusetts; and Rocky River, Ohio.

My team and I are based in Boston and we manage international strategies, which include international core, international small cap, emerging markets and emerging markets small cap. Most of these strategies are offered in both separate accounts and mutual funds.

TWST: What are Munder's goals and guiding investment principles? Are they different for every fund?

Mr. LeVan: Yes, due to the independent nature of our investment teams, the goals are unique for each strategy, but Munder Capital Management's main goal is to achieve a high consistency of alpha generation, adding value to the respective mandates.
