The Board of Directors of Washington Trust Bancorp, Inc., (NASDAQ Global Select®; symbol: WASH), today declared a quarterly dividend of 26 cents per share for the quarter ending September 30, 2013. This represents a one cent increase over the dividend paid last quarter and is the Corporation’s second dividend increase in the past year. The dividend will be paid on October 11, 2013 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2013.
