Watch These After-Hours Movers

Sarepta Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: SRPT) gained 27 percent to $20.99 in late trading Tuesday. After the bell Sarepta said it will complete a U.S. regulatory application for its lead product candidate, a muscular dystrophy drug, by mid-year 2015.

Forest City Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: FCE-A) rose 16 percent to $27.70. The real estate developer, which didn't offer news, last week completed an offering of 32.5 million shares at $22.50.

Dycom Industries Inc. (NYSE: DY) gained more than 13 percent after the bell to $52.33. The engineering and construction contractor posted third-quarter results and an outlook.

Calithera Biosciences Inc. (NASDAQ: CALA) picked up more than 8 percent to $11.90. The company, which hasn't issued recent news, closed down sharply Tuesday and is off about 33 percent in the past several months.

Computer Sciences Corp. (NYSE: CSC) jumped 5 percent to $71. The information technology concern posted fourth-quarter results and said it will split into two separately traded companies.

Etsy Inc. (NASDAQ: ETSY) plunged 15 percent to $17.80 after the company posted first quarter results.

Ambac Financial Group Inc. (NASDAQ: AMBC) declined 9 percent to $12. The company, which didn't issue news, closed down nearly 2 percent earlier Tuesday.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ: NCLH) sailed down 4 percent to $55.01 in late trading after the company launched an offering of 20 million shares held by several investment funds.

Cimarex Energy Co. (NYSE: XEC) slid 4 percent to $110.15. The oil and gas company said it will go to the well with an offering of 6 million shares.

Sony Corp. (NYSE: SNE) dropped 2.6 percent to $31.77. The diversified company didn't issue news recently.
