“Welcome Home” Campaign from American Home Shield Gives Home Sellers and Buyers the Resources for This Year’s Big Decisions

American Home Shield, the nation’s largest home warranty company, today announced new resources for home sellers and buyers in advance of a listing season that is expected to be one of the most active in recent years.

In 2013, sales of existing homes and condos were up 11 percent (5.29 million) – one of the highest levels in four years. These rising home prices are helping to boost sellers’ confidence for the 2014 season, yet home sellers and buyers still have limited resources when it comes to materials and guidance for listing or buying a home.
