White House considers economist Mark Zandi to head FFHA, WSJ says

The White House is considering Mark Zandi, chief economist of Moody's (MCO) Analytics, to head the Federal Housing Finance Agency, FHFA, says the Wall Street Journal. The FFHA is the regulator of mortgage-finance companies Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FMCC), added the Journal.
