Winpak's Board of Directors Announces Special One-Time Dividend and Regular Dividend

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwired - Feb 19, 2014) - Winpak Ltd. (WPK.TO) announces that at a meeting on February 19, 2014, the Company's Board of Directors declared a special one-time dividend of one dollar (Canadian currency) per share payable March 20, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2014.

In addition, Winpak's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of three cents (3 cents, Canadian currency) per share payable April 10, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 1, 2014.
