PITTSBURGH, PA--(Marketwire - March 26, 2013) -  Wombat Security Technologies, Inc. today announced the appointment of Molly Bissell to the position of Vice President of Customer Service and Operations. Bissell will scale Wombat's highly-acclaimed customer support department and operational functions to keep up with Wombat's growth.

Bissell brings over 20 years of experience leading operational teams including customer service, IT, order management, facilities, finance, network operations, logistics, and supply chain. Prior to joining Wombat, Bissell was the Senior Vice President of Operations at Carnegie Learning which was sold to the Apollo Group in 2011. She previously led Global Service businesses for Ericsson, Marconi, and FORE Systems, including global 24/7 teams in Sao Paulo, Dublin, Montreal, Cleveland, Dallas and Pittsburgh. She holds degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania State University.
