Woodbridge International Taps John Whorf to Expand Capabilities in Boston

NEW HAVEN, CT--(Marketwired - Nov 15, 2013) - Woodbridge International, a mergers and acquisitions firm focused on middle market companies, is pleased to welcome John Whorf to its Boston-based team of senior M&A advisors.

John has spent much of his 25-year career as a highly skilled mergers and acquisitions specialist logging thousands of hours of successful negotiations. He has closed over 100 deals in a variety of industries -- some with transaction values as high as $175 million. He has been involved in all aspects of selling a business including strategic planning, sourcing, creating marketing materials, company positioning, analyzing financial information, developing target lists, structuring and negotiating the transaction and overseeing due diligence. John holds an MBA from Babson College.
