Woodcreek Closes on Lot Sale With Altura Homes

DALLAS, June 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Southstar Woodcreek Developer, LLC (SWD) ,the developers of the Woodcreek community in the Rockwall- Fate area in east Dallas, announced the sale and closing of 11 acres of land suitable for 42 home sites to Altura Homes. The property, located in the heart of the community, is just north of the Amenity Center bounded by Woodcreek Boulevard and C.D. Boren Parkway. Altura Homes, based in the Dallas Metroplex, currently builds a wide variety of homes priced from $150,000 to over $500,000.

Woodcreek is located seven miles northeast of Lake Ray Hubbard in Rockwall County near Interstate 30.
