LIVONIA, MI--(Marketwired - Jun 26, 2013) - WorkForce Software, the leading provider of workforce management solutions for organizations with complex labor policies and stringent compliance demands, today announced that Ann Hellow has been appointed to lead the company's new Change Management practice. In this role, Hellow will help WorkForce Software's clients successfully implement the company's EmpCenter® workforce management suite and gain enterprise-wide acceptance and adoption of the technology, as well as oversee other programs led by the Change Management practice, such as learning and development initiatives, gap analysis and strategic planning.
Recognizing that the success of any new IT business application depends upon the organization's ability to connect the three most critical elements of the business -- people, process and technology -- WorkForce Software has enhanced its leading implementation services with the addition of its new Change Management practice. The service aims to help organizations achieve the business value expected of a workforce management investment through a series of programs that are scalable and adaptable to organizations of all sizes. Under Hellow's leadership, the practice will provide consulting services independent of an implementation, such as enabling clients to better align their workforce management strategy with organizational goals.
Hellow is uniquely positioned to lead WorkForce Software's Change Management practice, having worked with numerous global organizations to help them achieve workforce transformation through targeted learning and performance support programs. She previously worked for Hewlett-Packard, where she held the positions of project manager, business consultant and senior learning consultant. During her tenure with the company, she developed and executed strategies to provide clients with innovative, customized learning programs involving their people, processes and technologies, and regularly assessed business situations, analyzed audiences and tasks, and devised courses of action to meet business goals. Hellow also worked for Electronic Data Systems as a senior training consultant, where she performed needs assessments for various organizations and managed the design, development and implementation of global programs.
"As large organizations take an increasingly global view of workforce management technologies, effective change management services take on greater importance," said Kevin Choksi, CEO and co-founder of WorkForce Software. "Ann's deep expertise serving as a strategic consultant for large, complex organizations, and her firm understanding that people and engagement are critical to the success of any technology implementation, will help our clients realize even greater returns on their EmpCenter investments."
"Enterprise workforce management can transform an organization's approach to scheduling, leave management and other critical functions -- and change management plays an integral role," said Hellow. "I look forward to partnering with WorkForce Software's large and sophisticated clients to ensure they receive maximum benefit from their EmpCenter solutions."
