New Worldwide Distribution Agreement Announced by Aerospace Products International and B/E Aerospace

MEMPHIS, TN--(Marketwire -01/05/12)- Aerospace Products International (API), a wholly owned subsidiary of First Aviation Services, Inc. (Pinksheets: FAVS.PK - News) announces a new worldwide distribution agreement with B/E Aerospace to distribute the Ice Shield™ product line.

Under the newly signed agreement, API will be one of only six appointed "full-line" distributors to offer the Ice Shield™ (IS) products to aviation customers worldwide. B/E Aerospace offers a range of specialty products including the Ice Shield™ De-icing System which prepares aircrafts for in-flight icing conditions by quickly and safely removing troublesome ice from wings and preventing ice build-up on props and engine outlets. Under the new distribution agreement, API will be the largest distributor of this product line worldwide.
