NEW YORK, Nov. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- WPP's GO Team, a joint alliance of Grey and Ogilvy, today announced that it has been selected by GlaxoSmithKline as global agency-of-record for antacid brands, Tums and Eno, after a review.
The GO Team will be responsible for integrated consumer communications, including television, print and digital advertising.
Anna Humiecka, Global Marketing Director, GI Health, GlaxoSmithKline, cited the quality of the GO Team's strategic insights into the category, compelling creative ideas and the strength of the bespoke team's resources and talent as keys to the selection.
The global business will be led out of Grey New York, leveraging key Ogilvy and Grey offices internationally, to best service the combined account. Grey was the incumbent agency-of-record for Tums and Ogilvy was the incumbent agency-of-record for Eno.
The GO Team is part of WPP Team GSK which operates across a portfolio of WPP companies working with GSK. WPP (WPPGY) is the parent company of Grey and Ogilvy.
