Yaletown Announces Refiling of September 30, 2011 Interim Financial Report

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire -02/13/12)- Yaletown Capital Corp. (The "Company", "Yaletown") (TSX-V: YCC.V - News) announces that the Company's September 30, 2011 interim financial report was reviewed by the B.C. Securities Commission and found to be deficient with regard to preparation in accordance with new IFRS requirements, specifically IAS 34 and IFRS 1. The financial report requires restatement in order to be IFRS compliant. The accompanying notes to those financial statements also require revision as will the management discussion and analysis. Yaletown's Management advises that the Company is making every effort to remedy the situation and anticipates refiling the September 30, 2011 interim report as soon as possible.
