The Cuban-style hamburger was originally sold as street food in Havana and migrated to South Florida after the revolution. It features a meat patty seasoned with paprika, topped with very thin shoestring fries and placed in a toasted bun. Five of the Miami's top frita makers went head to head in a frita showdown to determine who has the best frita of them all.
