      FILE - In this Nov. 15, 2012 file photo authorities respond to an accident involving a trailer carrying wounded veterans that was struck by a train during a parade in Midland, Texas. 50-year-old Army veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan was driving the parade float that investigators say edged across a railroad crossing in Texas despite warning signals of a fast approaching train, the man's attorney said Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012.
