The man who has claimed responsibility for leaking secrets from the National Security Agency (NSA) is safe for now and cannot be prosecuted by the U.S. if he stays in Hong Kong. Snowden went public with information about surveillance programs on U.S. citizens last week, saying he wanted people to know "what the U.S. government is doing."
