Mitt Romney's plan to cut income tax rates across the board, including for the wealthiest households, as a return to trickle-down economics. In the final stretch of the presidential campaign, President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney will be judged on their perceived abilities to improve our economy. To gauge the mood of the electorate, Associated Press Photographers visited voters around the country, and asked them this question, "Is the economy better off?".
