Thor's evil brother, Loki, took over the Marvel Studios presentation at Comic-Con. Lights flashed inside the San Diego Convention Center's largest exhibition hall, and Tom Hiddleston, dressed as Loki, commanded the stage. Among the monster movies and fantasy films showcased at pop culture convention Comic-Con, the space thriller "Gravity" stood out from the field with its different setting and two-person cast as director Alfonso Cuaron took a leap into space with Sandra Bullock and George Clooney. Cuaron, 51, teamed up with son Jonas Cuaron, 30, to construct a nail-biter set in space, as two astronauts trapped in a space station after debris rips through their vessel. ... "Superman" director Zack Snyder said a sequel to 'Man of Steel' was not only in the works, but would feature a showdown of two of DC Comic's best-known caped crusaders - Superman versus Batman. Snyder made the announcement before a surprised the audience at the end of a Warner Bros. film panel at San Diego's Comic-Con and received thunderous applause from the 6,000-plus in attendance.
