i hate Kmart
everytime they just give me a hardtime.they realy rude and suck!

kmart and sears r very abusive with there employees, they r money hungry.they make the poor employees work all holidays ,they can never spend a holiday with there families.they do not respect there people.they fire u without any reason .they make one employee do 3 or 4 departments all at once ,and if u do not finish what u have to do in ur department ,u either get written up ,or sent home .trust me i knoiw ...i worked for kmart for 13 years .once it was nice to get up for work ...but u get these managers that r disrepectful .they yell at u in front of anyone...they should care for the employees because without them there wouldn`t be any sears or kmart..the employees r the ones who make the differents..GOD dose not like ugly...... treat ur employees better and u will see how fast you will grow ...sears used to close on easter.but when they emerged with kmart they started opening also,.not thinking of there people .i can write a book ,but i will leave it here,i know what gose on in close doors....

I love kmart, they are always helpful and I have no trouble finding things I need and want. Sure hope they don't close the one in Palatka, Florida

there more sears stores here then there is kmart i hate sears rether shop at kmart and now have to travel 400 miles to get to one

Sears and Kmart are the only store that have Lay away .That help low icome,people that have cedit!
