The 200 kW solar array, which powers farm operations, is seen next to the grain handling facilities that include drying and storage, at the Sustainable Agriculture Celebration at Harborview Farms. The House version of the farm bill limits the program's funding to $45 million a year and designates it as "discretionary," meaning the program might or might not get it. The farm bill, which expired at the end of September, remains under discussion in Congress.
