International police agency Interpol announced a global security alert advising its members to be more vigilant about possible terror attacks just days after the United States also issued a travel alert and closed 21 embassies worldwide. A Panamanian official said crews unloading a North Korean-flagged ship detained in the Panama Canal for carrying undeclared arms from Cuba have found live munitions on board.
