Its lead product candidate is epratuzumab, a Phase IIb clinical trail product for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus and non-Hodgkins lymphoma; and Veltuzumab, which is in Phase I/II clinical study for the treatment of non-Hodgkins lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, and for patients with ITP. The companys other products include IMMU-102, a Y-90-labeled epratuzumab product candidate, which is in Phase I/II clinical study for the treatment of patients with non-Hodgkins lymphoma; and IMMU-107 or PAM4 labeled with Y-90, a humanized monoclonal antibody product, which is in Phase I/II dose-escalation trials for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. Immunomedics products also comprise Milatuzumab, a Phase I/II multicenter clinical trial product for the treatment of multiple myeloma, non-Hodgkins lymphoma, and chronic lymphocytic leukemia; and Labetuzumab, a Phase II clinical trail product that targets carcinoembryonic antigen. It also develops two platform technologies, including Dock-and-Lock method of fusing proteins and antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugation technology. In addition, the company markets and sells LeukoScan, a diagnostic product used for a range of infectious and inflammatory diseases. Immunomedics distributes its products in the United States and Europe. It has a license and collaboration agreement with Nycomed to develop, manufacture, and commercialize veltuzumab in the subcutaneous formulation for the treatment of various non-cancer indications.
