As of December 31, 2007, it had its main office located in Warren County, Ohio; and 23 branch offices in Warren, Butler, Clinton, Clermont, and Hamilton Counties, Ohio, as well as operated 31 ATMs. Further, LCNB, through its subsidiary, Dakin Insurance Agency, Inc., engages in insurance agency businesses.
