Its TigerDirect and CompUSA brands operate 29 retail stores in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Systemax owns the e-commerce business of CircuitCity.com. MISCO engages in online retailing of IT products and consumer electronics in Europe. Additionally, the Technology Products segment assembles PCs and sells computers and accessories under the Systemax and Ultra brand names. The Industrial Products segment provides a range of industrial equipment and supplies. This segment consists of Global Industrial Equipment and Nexel Industries. The Industrial Products group offers storage equipment; light material handling equipment; ladders, furniture, small office machines, and related supplies; and consumable industrial products, such as first aid items, safety items, protective clothing, and OSHA compliance items. The company was founded in 1995 and is headquartered in Port Washington, New York. |
