The companys Terex Cranes segment offers mobile telescopic cranes, tower cranes, lattice boom crawler cranes, truck-mounted cranes, and telescopic container stackers, as well as replacement parts and components. Its Terex Materials Processing & Mining segment offers materials processing equipment, hydraulic mining excavators, highwall mining equipment, high capacity surface mining trucks, drilling equipment, and related components and replacement parts. The companys Terex Roadbuilding, Utility Products, and Other segment provides asphalt and concrete equipment, including pavers, transfer devices, plants, mixers, reclaimers/stabilizers, placers, and cold planers; and landfill compactors, and bridge inspection and utility equipment, including digger derricks, aerial devices, and cable placers. The company sells its products through dealers and distributors; and leases and rents equipment to third parties. It was formerly known as Terex U.S.A., Inc.
