Fund Summary

The fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of established companies selected from more than 40 industries and more than 40 developed and emerging market countries. These countries currently include the developed nations in Europe and the Far East, Canada, Australia and emerging market countries worldwide. The fund invests significantly (at least 40%--unless market conditions are not deemed favorable by the Adviser) in securities of non-U.S. companies. In addition, it invests, under normal circumstances, in the equity securities of companies located in at least three countries.

Management Information

Justin Moreau Portfolio Manager—Global and International Value Equities; Senior Research Analyst—Value Equities Justin Moreau was appointed Portfolio Manager of Global and International Value Equities in November 2022. He is also a Senior Research Analyst responsible for US communications services companies for the Value Equities Group. Previously, Moreau has covered financial companies in the US and communications services companies in Europe and Latin America. Prior to joining AB in 2013, he worked as a trader at Titan Capital Group. Moreau holds a BSBA with a concentration in finance from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was a member of the Value Investing Program.
