This segment sells its products through its direct sales force, as well as through a network of independent sales representatives and distributors. The Security Technology segment designs and manufactures weapon and threat detection aviation security systems and subsystems for checked bag applications. This segment sells its products directly. The company was founded in 1967 and is headquartered in Peabody, Massachusetts.
