Ms Ning has been responsible for managing the China Fund (âBGF China Fundâ or the âComparable Fundâ), a sub-fund of BlackRock Global Funds, since it commenced operations in June 2008. BlackRock Global Funds is incorporated in Luxembourg as an open-ended investment company and qualifies as a Part I UCITS (Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities).

| The investment seeks to maximize total return.
The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of companies domiciled, or exercising the predominant part of their economic activity, in China, including its special administrative regions such as Hong Kong, or in instruments with similar economic characteristics. At least 70% of the fund's total assets will be invested in shares designated H shares or Red Chip shares, both of which are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. It also invests in securities listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges. The fund is non-diversified. |
