Its products are used in the construction of new residential housing, including single-family, multi-family, and manufactured homes; the repair and remodeling of existing housing; and the construction of light industrial and commercial buildings. This segment markets its building materials primarily to retail lumberyards and home improvement centers; and industrial converters through its sales force. Its Wood Products segment manufactures and sells EWP consisting of laminated veneer lumber, I-joists, and laminated beams, which are value-added structural products used in headers and beams. This segment also produces and sells plywood, studs, particleboard, and ponderosa pine lumber to manufacturers of specialty wood windows, moldings, and doors. This segment sells its wood products to wholesalers, home improvement centers, retail lumberyards, and industrial converters through its sales force and distributors.
