Jeffrey Kolitch, a vice president with research experience, joined the BAMCO in 2005 as a research analyst specializing in real estate. Previously, Mr. Kolitch was with Goldman Sachs & Co. from 1995 to 2005, where in 2002 he was named a managing director of its Equity Capital Markets group. Mr. Kolitch graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics in 1990, and from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University with a Masters of Management in 1995.

Fund Summary 
The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund normally invests 80% of its net assets for the long term in equity securities in the form of common stock of U.S. and non-U.S. real estate and real estate-related companies of any size, and in companies which, in the opinion of the Adviser, own significant real estate assets at the time of investment ("real estate companies"). It will invest more than 25% of its net assets in the real estate industry. The fund's investments in non-U.S. companies will not exceed 25%. It is non-diversified.
