Frank V. Caruso

Frank Caruso joined the US Growth Portfolio Oversight Group in 2008 as a Senior Portfolio Manager and became the US Growth Team Leader in December of that year. He is also a member of the US Research Growth Portfolio Oversight Group. Caruso became the head of the US Relative Value team in 2004 after working for 10 years as a senior portfolio manager on the team. He joined the firm in 1993 with the firm’s acquisition of Shields Asset Management, where he had been director of equities. Previously, he was a managing director at Shearson Lehman Advisors, where he was the CIO for Shearson Lehman Asset Management’s capital and directions management businesses. Caruso was also the lead portfolio manager for Shearson’s family of growth and income mutual funds and a senior member of Shearson Lehman Advisors Investment Policy Committee. He holds a BA from SUNY College at Oneonta. Caruso is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute. He is a CFA charterholder. Location: New York.
