The North American Public Sector segment delivers IT, mission, and operations-related services to the Department of Defense and civil agencies of the U.S. federal government, as well as state and local government agencies. The company has a strategic partnership with HCL Technologies to create an applications modernization delivery network. The company was founded in 1959 and is headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia.
