In addition, it offers netBoot/I that enables organizations to utilize the iSCSI based storage area networks to launch virtual and physical servers, and desktops for workload management tasks, including provisioning, migration, and recovery. Further, Double-Take Software, Inc. provides various software editions and versions that are aligned to operating system capabilities; and offers customer support, engineering support, maintenance, deployment, and training services. The company sells and licenses its software to law firms, financial institutions, hospitals, school districts, and government entities through a network of distributors, value added resellers, and original equipment manufacturers, as well as through direct sales force. Double-Take Software, Inc. has operations in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific. It was formerly known as NSI Software, Inc. and changed its name to Double-Take Software, Inc. in July 2006. The company was founded in 1991 and is based in Southborough, Massachusetts. |
