It assists its law firm and other customers in processing foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, litigation, and other mortgage default related case files in connection with residential mortgage defaults; and provides real estate title services, and loan modification and loss mitigation support on mortgage default files to its customers. The company’s Business Information division publishes business journals, court and commercial media, and other information products and services; operates Web sites; and produces events for targeted professional audiences in the United States. This division delivers information through various methods, including approximately 60 print publications and approximately 80 Web sites. It also offers transcription, media monitoring, and translation services; and access to legislative databases, which provide state and federal legislative and regulatory information. The company was formerly known as Dolan Media Company and changed its name to The Dolan Company in May 2010. The Dolan Company was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
