In addition, the company focuses on the expansion of connectivity between consumers, agents, carriers, and third party providers, through its exchange family of products in the life, health, annuity, and property and casualty sectors; and provision of business process outsourcing services, which comprise certificate origination, certificate tracking, call center, and back office support. It was formerly known as Delphi Systems, Inc. and changed its name to Ebix, Inc. in December 2003. The company was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. |
