As of January 31, 2009, the company operated 886 retail stores, including 584 Gymboree stores, 117 Gymboree Outlet stores, 115 Janie and Jack shops, and 38 Crazy 8 stores in the United States; 29 Gymboree stores in Canada; and 2 Gymboree stores and 1 Gymboree Outlet store in the Puerto Rico.
