FUND SUMMARY

The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of common stocks of U.S. and, to a lesser extent, foreign companies that are high in quality and attractive in their long-term investment potential. It invests normally at least 80% of assets in equity securities, primarily common stocks and securities convertible into common stocks.
